MW Construction believes that the City permit process provides a valuable service by ensuring that work is inspected and approved by an independent agency.  Whenever permits are required, MW Construction will include the cost of permit fees in the estimate.     

Many drainage, concrete and retaining wall projects do NOT require City approval.  When this is the case permit fees will NOT be included in the estimate.  Foregoing this step can save money on your job.    

However if you would like the peace of mind of having an independent professional review the work, full permit service, including plans, fees and approvals, is always available upon request.
